New in Tools 9.2.8.2 is the ability to view attachments inside a Cafe1 layout. As with our other postings and tutorial recordings, the first step is to go to the Attachment (paperclip) itself and click on the About (the small, circled i). (If there is no attachment, create one so the system has a record to display the About information.) For Attachments, you'll need the Data Structure and the key fields - these will be used to setup the Cafe1 layout itself:

The About window in this example above is Customer Service Inquiry (P4210) and shows the media object data structure (GT4211A) and the four key fields of Document (Order No), Order Type, Order Company, and Line Number.

When you go to Edit Layout, Create New Content, you'll now have THREE choices - EnterpriseOne Application, URL and Attachments.  Click and drag the Attachments option to where you want it to display. You can then use the Structure and Keys to map the layout.
