Denovo is pleased to announce that our new Benefits App is fully operational. The Benefits App is a significant addition to our benefits offering for all US Medical Plan Participants in 2020. The App is now fully operational we encourage employees to take advantage of all the features available.

Employees can download The Benefits App on Android, iPhone, or tablet devices for free. All they need to do is create an account to access the following range of benefits:
Contact a Healthcare Advocate/Concierge – This feature allows employees to connect to a specialist who will be able to answer any benefit questions they might have. Here are just a few of the many things that employees can reach out for help with:
Link to all benefits information & contacts – Get connected to the right person who can answer your specific questions. No more having to dial five different numbers to get to the right person!
Get plan details – Access all medical, dental, and vision insurance plan information in one secure location.
Store ID cards –Store all ID cards in one secure and convenient location. Use the App to easily send ID cards to a doctor’s office when required.
Telemedicine Service – Let’s face it. Having to wait several hours in the doctor’s office or an urgent care waiting room full of other sick people isn’t anyone’s idea of fun. The Telemedicine Service allows employees and their family members to skip the waiting room and be seen virtually by a U.S. Board-Certified doctor – for FREE. There is no charge for using the Telemedicine Service. The service is available 24/7 and can help treat a wide variety of common symptoms such as:
