In 2002, Mark founded Denovo, a premier enterprise software and services firm, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors. In 2018, he co-founded NuVerge LLC to pioneer Next Generation Enterprise Software solutions. Under his leadership, NuVerge became a Reseller and Solution Developer for cutting-edge next generation Enterprise Applications, empowering organizations to shed legacy systems and embrace digital transformation with agility.

Mark’s leadership has earned multiple industry accolades, underscoring his commitment to excellence and innovation. Beyond his entrepreneurial achievements, he contributes his expertise as a member of several Advisory Boards and Private Company Boards.

David brings over 30 years of financial and operational leadership to Denovo for his role as Chief Financial Officer. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer and VP Operations at Theatro, a start-up technology company. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Vazata where he guided the company’s growth from entrepreneurial start-up to a mid-sized hosting and colocation provider.

David was Chief Financial Officer at Fusepoint where he played a significant role in Fusepoint’s exponential profitable growth eventually leading to its $124.5 million acquisition by Savvis (CenturyLink). Prior to Fusepoint, he was Chief Financial Officer of Masergy Communications. David held executive positions at EDS, CapRock Communications and Excel Communications where he was responsible in various roles for strategic planning, operations, corporate development, business development and controllership. Mr. MacGrandle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Texas, and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He holds an MBA and MSMAS from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a BS degree in Applied Mathematical Sciences from Texas A&M University.

Paul Shearer serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Denovo, where he leads the company's technology strategy and oversees the Hybrid Cloud Services business unit. With a focus on delivering innovative solutions, Paul drives the alignment of cutting-edge technology with Denovo's Customer's business objectives, ensuring both Denovo and its customer's remains at the forefront of the cloud and enterprise application services industry. His expertise spans cloud migrations, IT modernization, and strategic business development, making him a key contributor to Denovo's success.
 
Prior to his role as CTO, Paul held executive leadership positions at previous companies at different times leading both Solution Architecture and Professional Services. In these roles, he managed large-scale implementations and developed enterprise solutions that empowered clients to achieve operational excellence. He has reputation within the industry for successful execution of complex IT-centric business transformation project.
 
A thought leader in the technology space, Paul has authored several whitepapers on topics such as hybrid cloud strategies, disaster recovery, and enterprise application optimization. He is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences, sharing insights on technology trends, AI, and best practices. As Executive Vice President of JDE/OCI, Don is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Denovo’s Consulting Services business. During the last 25 years, Don has been involved in executive leadership roles throughout the Oracle partner community. While at Sirius Computer Solutions, Don was responsible for the startup of Sirius JD Edwards business.

Over a five-year period, he successfully grew the business to be the largest JD Edwards reseller in North America. Sirius Computer Solutions consulting business was later acquired by CD Group in 2001, in which Don continued as a strategic resource. While at CD Group, he served in several Senior Leadership roles including Sales, Consulting, and Managed Services including serving as the Chief Operations Officer from July 2015 through September 2016.

As Executive Vice President of Oracle Cloud, Patrick is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Denovo’s strategic Oracle Cloud business unit. His recent role at AST involved growing the Commercial Delivery team, achieving remarkable revenue growth, and coordinating efforts across Cloud Applications, Technology Services, and Managed Cloud Services. With over 25 years of experience, Patrick has advised and engaged with 300+ customers, including industry giants like Hyatt, Northern Trust, and Serta Simmons. As a dynamic thought leader and Oracle-focused Architect, he holds numerous certifications, has authored white papers, and delivered conference presentations. Patrick’s journey has been marked by strategic partnerships with Oracle, Salesforce, OneStream, and various analytics platforms.

Patrick is a seasoned consulting and professional services leader with extensive expertise in information technology. As a Solution Architect, he specializes in Oracle Cloud Applications (Financials, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX/CPQ), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, JD Edwards, cloud migrations, analytics, big data, data warehousing, RPA, program management, business process improvement, organizational change, data modeling, systems integration, reporting, and statistical analysis.

 

Stacie Robertson is a Strategic Human Resources Executive with over 20 years of experience spanning the hospitality, healthcare, and power engineering industries. She’s skilled in designing and overseeing HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and benefits administration. Stacie has a proven track record in managing mergers and acquisitions, fostering organizational culture, and driving HR innovation to support business growth. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and earned her Master’s in HR Management from Chapman University in Orange, California.
