Our Executive Team
Marty Snella has been a Senior Leader in the IT and Telecommunication industries for over 30 years. Marty was instrumental in several very successful MC Partner investments, eventually stepping in to executive operating roles within those companies. In his career, Marty has had a very broad range of responsibilities to include IT, Engineering, Operations and Construction. Marty most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer of Zayo Group, LLC. Marty was with Zayo Group from January 2008 to May 2014. Prior to Zayo Group, Marty had executive positions with ICG Communications, Expanets, Qwest Cyber Solutions, Level 3 Communications and AT&T Broadband (TCI). Marty began his career in 1981, as a Telecommunications Specialist in the United States Air Force. Mr. Snella studied at Eastern Washington University, the City College of Chicago in Italy and Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon.
David brings over 30 years of financial and operational leadership to Denovo for his role as Chief Financial Officer. He was most recently Chief Financial Officer and VP Operations at Theatro, a start-up technology company. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Vazata where he guided the company’s growth from entrepreneurial start-up to a mid-sized hosting and colocation provider. David was Chief Financial Officer at Fusepoint where he played a significant role in Fusepoint’s exponential profitable growth eventually leading to its $124.5 million acquisition by Savvis (CenturyLink). Prior to Fusepoint, he was Chief Financial Officer of Masergy Communications. David held executive positions at EDS, CapRock Communications and Excel Communications where he was responsible in various roles for strategic planning, operations, corporate development, business development and controllership. Mr. MacGrandle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Texas, and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He holds an MBA and MSMAS from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a BS degree in Applied Mathematical Sciences from Texas A&M University.
Paul Hughes is an adept leader with technology skills that ensure a balanced approach to solution design, feasibility, and overall success. Prior to Denovo, Paul worked as a member of Oracle’s executive management team within Advanced Customer Support (ACS), which develops and delivers cloud solutions for complex customer problems. He provided the leadership and oversight for the integration of Oracle cloud products and engineered systems. Mr. Hughes has served as a key leader in several other successful technology companies, including Accenture, SevenSpace, Sun Microsystems. With 20 patents achieved under his leadership, Paul has a proven track record of driving technology innovation. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Design and Management, graduating summa cum laude.
As EVP of Customer Experience and Chief Marketing Officer, Brenda Ferguson will leverage over 25 years in the technology services industry to continuously improve our customers’ experience. She is focused on building trusted advisor relationships with our customers that will inspire them to be a customer for life and an advocate for Denovo. Prior to joining Denovo, Brenda held leadership positions in Account Management, Marketing, Consulting, Sales and Business Development. Her experience ranges from start-ups to publicly traded global companies, with extensive focus in the Oracle and JD Edwards community, as well as with other partners like SAP, Microsoft, Infor and SalesForce.com. Brenda graduated summa cum laude from Ferris State University’s College of Business, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems.
Ms. Bracken has over 12 years of experience in human resources in the consulting industry. She is responsible for payroll, benefit plan design and administration, 401(k) administration, talent acquisition, training, and employee integrations in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Denovo, she was managing the human resource function for AMX International, Inc., acquired by Denovo in 2012. Ms. Bracken is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and graduated from Brigham Young University- Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with an emphasis in Business and Psychology.
As Executive Vice President of Consulting Services, Don is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of Denovo’ s Consulting Services business. During the last 25 years, Don has been involved in executive leadership roles throughout the Oracle partner community. While at Sirius Computer Solutions, Don was responsible for the startup of Sirius JD Edwards business. Over a five-year period, he successfully grew the business to be the largest JD Edwards reseller in North America. Sirius Computer Solutions consulting business was later acquired by CD Group in 2001, in which Don continued as a strategic resource. While at CD Group, he served in several Senior Leadership roles including Sales, Consulting, and Managed Services including serving as the Chief Operations Officer from July 2015 through September 2016.
Michael Gibson is a seasoned Vice President with over 20 years of implementation experience and 30 years of management experience. Michael has experience with EnterpriseOne and World Financial, Project Costing, HR/Payroll, distribution, manufacturing, transportation and warehouse implementations. He has over twenty years of experience in various aspects of engineering, design, software development, manufacturing and manufacturing support and project management. Consulting experience includes development, procurement, transportation, manufacturing assembly operations, application implementation of all aspects of ERP as well as integration of support interfaces.
